Cabal online is an action packed RPG based around 6 different classes. It is free to play nowadays but it used to be pay to play. The SpeedeRs guild is on the MARS server only. X3rvish is a Force Blader.
The clan division is a split part coalition between SP and {bac}. The clan itself is {bac} but SpeedeRs are allowed direct access into the cabal clan. This links to the bac cabal forum.
